Below is the process for EOP members who possess work cell phones:

  1. Log into your Microsoft 365 Account using the following Link: https://www.office.com/
  2. Click on your initials in the right side of the screen:

  1. Click on the “View Account” link:

  1. Click on the “Security Info” link:

  1. Click on the “+ Add Method” link:

  1. Click on the drop down menu and click on the Authenticator App:

  1. Follow the prompts on the screen till you reach a screen showing a QR code:

  1. Using your EOP Work phone, download the Microsoft Authenticator Application from the App Store:
    1. Install the Application once it’s done downloading and launch it.
    2. Click on the add account button then the work or school account button.

  1. Click on the Scan QR code and allow it access to the phone’s camera when prompted.

  1. Scan the QR code given on the Microsoft 365 account settings.
  2. Once it syncs, it will send you an authentication verification to your cell.
  3. Approve the authentication verification from your phone. Note, all request will look like this.

  1. You’re all set!
  1. Note: If you are currently logged into any Microsoft 365 Applications, it will ask you at some point to authenticate the session.
