If you encounter an application that is unresponsive and want to close it there are few steps you can take.
- Right click the application on the taskbar and close it.
- If it's still unresponsive, then hit ctrl, shift & esc on your physical keyboard. This will open the task manager on windows 1
- Find the application and right click on it. Then click on the end task option.
- This should end the task.
- If the above still isn't working, then try the following:
- Scroll down to Background Processes:
- Find the Application (it might look a tad bit different)
- Right click on it and end the process.
