- Lift up the cover as marked in the image.
- Release the print-head by lifting up on the lever.
- Firmly wipe the circled area with a bit of rubbing alcohol using a microfiber cloth. Continue this process until debris/color pigment has been removed.
- Lightly push the head down and pull the lever back down to lock the head back in place.
- Push the pause button on the printer to clear the print-head error message from the display.
- The printer is ready for use.
